PARKING: The front desk staff will provide details and a pass, if needed. The resort has on-site parking for $15 daily per vehicle.
Guest is responsible for the parking fee that is issued at check-in/check-out by the resort, not the host (Rentshare) or Airbnb. Fee subject to change by resort.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Early check-in is not guaranteed – Rentshare cannot make accommodations for early check-in because it is dependent on the resort’s availability, and we are not affiliated with the resort.
To inquire about an early check-in, please call the resort and speak to the front desk.
If you arrive to the resort before 4:00pm, you can pre check-in, and the resort staff will get you into your unit as soon as possible.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Please inquire with the front desk staff, ideally at check-in. The resort manager or front desk staff have to give approval. Rentshare cannot guarantee it or approve it.
⚠️ Changing the Primary Check-In Guest
• If the primary check-in guest needs to be changed after the reservation is made, we need at least 48 hours’ notice before check-in to submit a change request to the resort. All changes are subject to resort approval.
• Rentshare cannot change the primary check-in guest on the day of check-in. The resort only allows the guest listed on the reservation to check in, and same-day changes are not permitted.
• Rentshare is not responsible for check-in issues caused by incorrect guest information, missing information, or failure to notify us in advance that a different guest will be checking in.
