It’s the area’s only full-service ski-in/ski-out resort and sits just steps from Steamboat’s Christie Peak Express chairlift and gondolas. ⚠️ Important Check-In Guest Information
• The guest checking in must be 21+ years old and present a valid credit card for a refundable damage deposit due at check-in (amount may vary, please contact the resort directly for more information). This is issued by the resort.
• To check in at the resort, Rentshare must provide the resort with one primary check-in guest for the reservation. Only one guest can be added to the reservation.
• By default, we add the Airbnb guest who made the reservation, since Airbnb has already verified their identity. If another guest will be the person checking in, please notify us before the reservation is accepted so we can submit the correct name to the resort.
• The resort will verify the primary guest’s identity and age at check-in with a valid government-issued ID.
⚠️ Changing the Primary Check-In Guest
• If the primary check-in guest needs to be changed after the reservation is made, we need at least 48 hours’ notice before check-in to submit a change request to the resort. All changes are subject to resort approval.
• Rentshare cannot change the primary check-in guest on the day of check-in. The resort only allows the guest listed on the reservation to check in, and same-day changes are not permitted.
• Rentshare is not responsible for check-in issues caused by incorrect guest information, missing information, or failure to notify us in advance that a different guest will be checking in.

Upon arriving to the resort, you can temporarily park in the front entrance / drop-off area while you check in at the front desk. Please refer to the "How to get inside" section, more check-in details are provided there.
If you anticipate arriving after 8:00 PM, please contact the front desk with your estimated arrival time to ensure a staff member is available for a quick check-in.

Guest is responsible for the parking fee that is issued at check-in/check-out by the resort, not the host (Rentshare) or Airbnb. Fee subject to change by resort.
Oversized Parking not Accommodated - Maximum vehicle height 7' tall. Oversized vehicles are directed to Download the "ParkMobile" app, select and pay for parking in Lot 1185.
